Not every advisor has access to a great mentor early in their career, and a lack of mentorship opportunities is a frequent roadblock for women advisors pursuing executive and leadership roles.

Mentorship has been shown to directly impact professional success, and it’s one of the few mechanisms that can put women advisors on a more level playing field.

That’s why we created the Mentorship Match program. We want to match more experienced financial services professionals with women who are seeking support in navigating the challenges and opportunities in their career.

The Excell Represent team will match mentors and mentees and provide them with suggested conversation guides and activities to guide monthly meetings – though mentors and mentees are also free to take their own approach. The Represent team will also check-in regularly with both mentors and mentees to track their progress.
